Best car purchase experience ever! I worked with Shea S. at Wagner Subaru and I highly recommend him to everyone reading this. He is smart, professional, efficient, an excellent communicator and knows every detail about Subaru vehicles. He also handled the finance portion seamlessly. I had expressed interest in a 2025 Subaru Outback that was in transit. Shea called me when it arrived. We scheduled an appointment for the next day and I drove my new car home about an hour later.

The folks at Wagner Subaru have always provided me with a great experience. When I bought my Subaru Forester, Jarred made sure my purchase was smooth from start to finish. Since then, I have come back multiple times to service my Forester at the dealership. Alex and the service team do thorough inspections of my vehicle when they do my car's oil changes and tire rotations, and I appreciate their attention to detail and communication. I always know that my vehicle is in good hands when in their care. I still love my Forester as much as I did when I bought it and look forward to the many miles ahead!

Amazing first time car shopping experience for our daughter! The salesperson, Oliver Jay, was professional but personable, and very knowledgeable about the brand. My parents have gotten their vehicles for years from Wagner Subaru. In the past 5 years, I have been helping them service their Forester at this dealership. Compared to the customer service and attitude I have experienced at dealerships with my personal vehicles, Wagner is 5 stars. Friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to make the service experience pleasant. Never once felt like we were getting ripped off, overcharged, or told something untrue about the vehicle. Don't get me wrong - dealer service can be pricy compared to my local "car guy" - but they don't nickel and dime, they fix it right, and we leave there with peace of mind. We don't live near this dealership, but it is absolutely worth the drive!

I was genuinely preparing for some sort of wrench to be thrown in the plan when I started car shopping. From test driving to buying, the staff here made it so easy and painless. Jarred was incredibly helpful, listened closely to what I was looking for and was able to get me in exactly what I wanted! (Actually better, I came set on buying a base model and left with the sport) highly recommend these guys!!

I have purchased over 20 vehicles during my lifetime and usually the car acquisition process has been very painful and frustrating, but not so with Wagner Subaru and their sales team Brody Basilone and his teammate Sydney Maxwell. This was by far the absolute best experience I've ever experienced. A great deal, fantastic courtesy, and no high pressure haggling made for a superior, unrivaled experience. The team at Wagner is superior.
